I couldn't handle Krista having all the fun! My left arm, luckily, has been hurting for about a month or more. So I went to the Dr. and found out that I have badly pulled or torn my lateral tri-cep! I have had to wear a sling now for the past two weeks and I have to wear it for another week then go back in so he can check it. If it's not improved, then possible surgery! Fun! So I have been being obedient, as hard as that is for me, and I've been wearing that stupid sling every day, until today. I need to put it on, but my arm is feeling better, so I thought I would try without it for a while.
I went the whole weekend without my sling and guess what! Yep, back in the sling on Monday. Pain! That's what I get for not being obedient.

Love is in the Air!
This will be a quick post, but I need to share a thought. I just read a couple of my friend's blogs and both of them mentioned how wonderful it is to be loved by the love of their life. I found it interesting that one lives here and the other in Italy and yet, the thoughts were so similar. The first brought tears to my eyes to the point I couldn't see to type.
This brings me to my blog, because if I don't share how wonderful the love of my life is, I would be letting the meaning of love down. I don't know if that makes sense, but without my husband, I wouldn't be where I am today. It's not everyone who loves you no matter what you look like in the morning, no matter how much you rant and rave about insignificant things, no matter how they are feeling. It's not everyone who will support your passion with gusto and fervor when others put you down for even thinking of doing it.
I'm not sure if he even reads my blogs, but if you read this Randy, I love you! And I want everyone to know it! And thank you to my friends! Love truly is eternal. May we always remember.

Do you REALLY want to know?
I'm not sure about this, but ok, here goes. The meme awards? Ten "juicy" things about me? Well, the juice will probably ferment, but, who doesn't enjoy a good "whine" with their cheese.
1. I LOVE to travel! If I had my way, I would NEVER be home and would travel the world!
2. I love my family!! Without them, I am nothing!!
3. My passion is acting/directing! I would love to be on screen or behind the camera. That is where I am most comfortable and feel the best. I never have belonged in a church setting. I am my own person and no one understands that. They want me to be the cookie cutter person, and I am not that at all!
4. I would love to go back to school and finish my degree.
5. Reading a book or sitting by a fire are my favorite things to do, next to traveling.
6. I would love to live in Germany again! Beautiful country, tons of history to explore, and very nice people!
7. I love art! I like to go up to Park City during the Arts Festival. It's fun for me!

8. Mickey Mouse and I have a thing! He's my favorite character!! I could easily live at Disneyland. It wouldn't bother me one bit to be there every day! It's the only place I know of that once you pass through the gates, you don't have to worry about feeling stupid for acting like a kid again!!
9. I love the beach and sunshine! I'm not a sun worshipper, but to sit on the beach and listen to the waves lap against the shore, or to just look out over the ocean......now THAT is heaven!!
10. My friends. What can I say about them? Without them, I couldn't have lasted here as long as I have. They have lifted my spirits more than I can even tell. I love you all!
Ok now, speaking of friends, you know who you are! The ball has been passed to your court! Let the MEME AWARDS continue!!!

Don't Speak Too Soon...
I made the mistake on Saturday of saying that I have been very lucky lately not to have a "crash day" because of my fibro-myalgia. With all the stress lately, I have been thanking the Lord daily that I haven't had a problem! So I guess Sunday was His was of humbling me. Sitting in church and all of a sudden I can't feel my arms and hands and pain is THROBBING down from my shoulders! So I came home from church and went to bed.
Then today I woke up, good thing huh? I was getting ready for the day when my nephew came with his baby for me to watch today. As I'm looking at him, I notice half his face is disappearing and there are funny, squiggly lines.... Yes, you guessed it.... MIGRAINE! So, I called Randy and he came home just in time. The squiggly lines were gone, but the pain was hitting. So once again I was in bed.
I wouldn't mind being in bed so often, but the circumstances have been all wrong! I would much rather be in bed with a good book, sitting by a nice roaring fire, drinking a cup of hot chocolate! OR....sitting on the beach, listening to the waves lap against the beach, relaxing, while I am being SERVED a nice cool drink! Now that's more like it! Oh, the things I could do, if I had a little money....it's a rich man's world!!
SCREEEECH!!!! That was the sound of the needle being scratched across the record. REALITY CHECK! Oh, and just FYI, I am feeling better tonight. Just in case you were wondering.
